| Anyone have any ideas on how to cancel the "Tone Club" subscription with Bell? My husband has an $8.00 charge showing up on his cell phone bill from Bell each month for a subscription to the "Tone Club". We are trying to cancel it as he doen't remember signing up for it and doesn't use it. I have searched through his phone for an app or email and can't find anything. Bell customer service says they can't help and I haven't found anything useful online. I am sure we just need to text "STOP" to some number to unsubscribe, but cannot find what that number might be. Has anyone had any experience with the Tone Club and know what to do? Help!! |

i was given the number 4386 to txt stop to, but this still didnt work! Ive tried everything and nothing seems to stop the charge from coming through. |
| If you don't exactly know what to do or to fix your phone, you better call the customer service. In that way, they can help you fix your issue. If you don’t, the problem might get worse and you will be greatly upset in using your cell phone. If I have issues with my phone that are beyond my control, I prefer to call the customer service for better assistance. |
| Hi there! Yes, I totally agree with Marynor here. I think that you need to call the customer service of your telephone company so that they will be able to help you. I know how irritating it can be when you will be charged for something you didn't use. But, they sure know how to fix this for you. I hope that you will have answers tyo your questions. Send a certified letter canceling it. If you get charged in the future complain to your credit card company and include a copy of your letter and proof of delivery. |
| Maybe that Tone Club is for a subscription to the latest ring tones or ring back tones that are sent to your husband's phone regularly. Try to ask about it when you go to Bell's customer service center. The customer service representative should have been able answer it because it is their job to know all the programs, promos and features of Bell. You should report them to Bell management if they are not able to address your concern. |
