Who's malfunction? This is a forum where anyone can post messages and replies. There is hundreds of replies with specifics where to get combins from different manufacturers... but people keep asking and not reading.

I guess that is the first malfunction.

I really love to know much about the area of call center because I will be doing much of these when I acquired the job in that area. I really want to know much about that area. i hope it will be possible in that area to be knowledgeable. Call center works have been gaining much fame in that file., and I hope I can gain much earning in this area.

The work of a customer service is not easy but I admire how they pursue their endeavour to give satisfying services to their customers. It is not avoidable to encounter rude or upset customers, and this is considered as a big challenge for many people working as a customer service representative. The most important thing is to keep professional all throughout the transactions.

If you do well, you'll be pleased to help your customer.

I agree with marynor. If you are polite even when the customer is rude, annoyed, angry, or upset, then you will be more likely to find a solution to the customer's problem. After all, if a company can satisfy its customers, then it will be a more successful company. High quality customer service can really make or break the success of a company, even though at times it can be very difficult to do.
