| A business journl is a great idea, especially in the crazy start up phase. During this time you are usually trying to sort out systems and procedures at the same time fighting for any deal that comes along in order to make the month to month bills. This can take its toll on perpestive as you rocket through your day going from what feels like fire to fire. However, writing a journal helps keep your perspective and keeps you navigating towards your mission, not just revenue targets. As well, a business journal will act as a great memory lane guide after all is said and done. |
| It is really nice to know that there are a lot of creative people who initiate great ideas in putting up a business. So I think keeping your own business journal is really the best thing for businessmen because this can probably serve as their guide and basis for success. I am deciding to assign this as well to my subordinates so that at least they will learn how the business grows. |
| Writing your own business journal is good because it will keep you on track of your day to day operations. It will show how you are making progress and when you go back to your journal, you will realize what still needs to be done to improve your business operations and where you are right now in terms of your targets. It's like keeping a diary, except that instead of writing your personal experience, you write about your business experiences. |

Actually I am starting a small business this times and I have to say that I have no knowledge at all on how I can further improve and to make my sales even better. But thankfully I am glad that I am starting to get orders, thanks for all my friends who are supporting me. Anyway, hoping for a more business ideas and tips in here. |

Now, I learn more new ideas from your tips and I hope you still posts some more good idea and information with regards in business. In fact, I am quite scared if what is my future with in this business. I really hope that I will be successful on this project. |
