Answers: hello, my system is hacked/keyloggers, will uninstalling windows I have used craigslist for 2yrs with no problems until recently. typically i advertise rental properties and buy n sell electronics etc until ALL passwords were stolen and reset somehow? even more aggravating than losing my account history was and still is the dismissive arrogance from the unavailable craigslist staff that spam me with useless criteria. in fact ive spent thousands of dollars with craigslist for advertising blocks over the years and when this occurred i was stunned at how they failed too respond in a timely fashion. one would assume that if you do business with another business and spend this kind of doe that they would at least advise their site users on how too navigate or what steps too take when this puzzling situation occurred. in a nutshell i tried too log in and could not as i later found out by posting questions here that i was a victim of pharming? meaning my passwords were stolen, then the perps change your passwords and they own and sell the accounts too scammers that otherwise could not open accounts ie. spammers/scammers. but what an experience! 6 wks later i have mad no progress after emailing craigslist 48x etc.. yes i know they are huge and cannot deal with all issues as most are self explanatory etc.. i only wish i had known that i would have been advised on what too do rather than sit idle and recieve mail at home with credit cards jacked ie. identity theft etc... yea, it gets much better! but my goal here is too ask you folks what do i do now? do i wipe out windows and start over? i cannot open accounts on craigsist which is where i do some business ie. rentals buy n sell electronics when im bored. my account is probably locked out at craigslist or something as they tell me they are reviewing etc. but it has been 6 wks since i have not been able too resume normal internet activity and i would like too access their site and get on with things... instead of using proxies, how can i just start over! both on the security end and from an IP address standpoint as i cannot use this si |
