The vertical black line appears on all faxes received by other machines in other offices (but sent out by my Canon). Thanks! The vertical black line has never appeared when using the machine as a photocopier (e.g. of documents). |
| Hi. I, too, have this Canon laser class 8500 (fax) that I'm using in my office. Everyday, we receive and send out numerous faxes. My clients are telling me that there's like a long vertical line on our messages. They thought there was something wrong with their fax machine. But they said if faxes came from other clients it was just fine. Not only one, but four of my clients said they have the same experience. What shall I do? Is there a way to stop this? |

The important machines in the office should be operated well. Otherwise, it will cause a great problem and delays the work. Hence, if you are uncertain how to use it, you'd better ask help first so that the other workers can help you do it. |
