| A teacher with an identity crisis turns to a nametag for the solution! ##DPhttp://bp.office1000.com/jp1/96154CLN.jpg!200!163##DPI work as a lecturer of physics. I look quite young, and people sometimes mistake me for a student.I found it funny in the beginning. All was fine until I went for a long conference which took place in a different college, where people did not know me. As I tried to enter the faculty lounge to prepare for my presentation, they wouldn't let me in stating "students aren't allowed in here"! I went to the office at the college, and they gave me a namebadge to wear that identified me as a speaker for the event. I will never again go somewhere to speak without a namebadge to set me apart from the mass of students! |
