| New Security Cameras Installed Visited my friend's office and it looked quite awesome. The place was revamped and it looks pretty good. They installed a new security camera system. The employees now feel safer at work with a security camera monitoring their workplace. I just hope all offices would be able to do that for their employees. =) |
| Cameras are the first thing in security that must be up to date if you want to have a state ofthe art system. |
| "Bathroom CCTV"
I always make sure to put CCTV cameras in the employee bathrooms and a big notice that they are in place and in use.It achieves two great objectives: - It makes the all employees feel safe and secure when they use the facilities - It increases employee productivity because they spend much less time in the bathroom, in fact over 80% of the employees don't use the bathroom at all during work hours! |
| "Employee entertainment in the bathroom"
Joe, that is absolutely horrendous! I cannot imagine you have any employees, or even a shirt on your back after they get done suing the shirt off you!I mean, really? I know you are joking because nobody would ever get away with that kind of nonsense! |
| Well, thefts are everywhere and as business minded person, it is important to be secure. In the technology we have today. It is important to know how much it can offers to us. I am actually into a great consideration of the things that I can actually do when I want to have a CCTV camera install in my home. I hope it will be possible as soon as possible. |
| "Employee Theft of Time."
Employees are paid to work not goof off. When the office clamps down on personal use of social networking, chat, cell phones, etc, those activities migrate to the bathroom. If you can use CCTV cameras to catch people snatching products off your shelves, why not use them to catch employees stealing time? |
| "Employees stealing time"
Ummmm, maybe because using closed circuit TV in a bathroom is just wrong. What about the poor employees who DON'T steal time? Maybe if you know employees that ARE stealing time, you should just fire them and get it over with. |
| "Exactly"
And the way you know someone is stealing TIME or something ELSE is by the liberal use of CCTV cameras and DVR devices to capture every moment of your workplace. The year is 2011, we've gotten well past the fears of 1984 and have the technology for monitoring, let's use it and find and fire all those lazy employees stealing their employers time for social networking and other personal business. |

Well Joe, I see you are not going to be swayed by simple common courtesy. I am wondering if you take some strange joy from watching people sit on the toilet? |
