| Answers: Did I buy the right accessories for my laptop to connect wireless? I have a desktop computer with cable connection to internet. I have an older laptop that I want to be able to use for internet from other parts of the house. I bought a wireless usb adapter for the laptop from the computer manufacturer and a wireless router for the desktop. I haven't actually asked for technical advice and before I start installing these things, did I buy the right equipment? The router was bought at a local office supply store and the clerk said it would work. Will this setup work? Do I need to do more research? |
| I think you got all the basic accessories you need for your laptop. Moreover, I would like to suggest some additional accessories, like Special Operations Capable Mouse Pad, Registry Cleaner And Optimizer, Driver Robot, and Bluetooth Pharos - Pharos Bluetooth Dock. They will make your workstation more effective. Make sure that you installed good quality of software that could support your laptop and desktop from harmful virus.Good luck to you. |
