Personal bondingI work in a large company that typically hires many people. There is a big mixture of different types of people.There are also all ages, married and unmarried. So it is a very diverse population. A constant in our office is the gossip. On the surface everybody does his or her job and keeps to themselves. BUT down below, at the level of the cafeteria, especially the ladies are very concerned with what is going on between the young employees. The other day it was dicovered that one of the girls was going out with one of the managers... discovered by accident because somebody spotted them in a restaurant. My question is what should the H.R. department do about this? Can anything be done about this? Cheers! |
