| A mortgage is the transfer of an interest in property (or the equivalent in law - a charge) to a lender as a security for a debt - usually a loan of money. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is the lender's security for a debt. | Insurance agents often can't give you a straight and honest answer regarding the type of insurance that you need because their primary objective is to sell THEIR own insurance product regardless of whether you need them or not. Unfortunately, they have a job to fulfill and their job is to get clients to buy their insurance products. Don't let yourself be intimidated by these insurance agents. If you're not satisfied, go and find another insurance company that can provide your exact needs. It's you and your family's future that you want to insure so it is only right for you to get the best deal. |
| It is better to get insured so that you be prepared to face the unexpected;you never know anything might happen anytime. If the salesperson is not giving you a proper reply then go for another bank. I am posting a link that will help you with all the answers what you require about small business insurance. |
| I have paid several insurance and most of the insurance agents I deal with are honest to what they are talking about not just they are going after with their quotas. As sales agent you have to be passionate with your work to sell your product and as well as taking the consideration if your clients really need your product too. Are they capable to pay it or not. |
