| Does the Free Market/ Small Government ideology of Conservatives keep the Govern Is Government the only entity that can reform Business both internally (less abuse to workers) and externally (less power over lawmaking, elections, and domestic and foreign policy)? Is this Conservative free market/ small government ideology used to put fear into the working masses (of losing employment), so that businesses can continue to perpetuate a one-sided Social Contract in their favor? Why do regular working people stand for (and in many cases buy into) this exploitation, manipulation and fear mongering to get them to believe ideologies that are fundamentally against their interests? |
| Well, I guess the main reason why workers or employees prefer to stay silent despite the unfair treatment from their employers. I know it sounds like unfair on their part but I think that they do this just to keep themselves away from any troubles. These people need their jobs so much and they just can't afford to lose their bread and butter. Maybe some people don't understand this, but I know they have reasons enough why they shut their mouths. |
| Every businessman has his own way how to perpetuate good ideas for small business marketing. But of course they have to make sure that the strategies and techniques they use will benefit the client and consumers. I believe that a free market has a good purpose as well. It is even more considerable for businessmen who have just started a business. Well I hope to get more updates regarding this matter. |

| I think depending upon the country it can be argued that business owners are also under a great deal of pressure from the various workers' unions that have been set up by people who have similar concerns as you do. The problem with these pressures is that they are placed upon small business owners as well as large business owners, even if the stipulations do not apply across the board, making for lower wages all around. |
| You know, you are lucky you don't have to put up with any of this. Some people do. Some people have to abide by what their bosses think because they need to keep their job. It's very hard to look for another job so they might as well swallow their pride and go with the flow. That's okay up to a certain point but not all the time. If it already sacrifices your values, it's time to quit. |
