| Should I consider going into clothing business? Recently I been thinking about selling some T-shirts to make some extra cash. I have all the marketing tools I can use. I my self once offered web design and development, e-commerce, graphic design, and so on to small business owners, just got really tired of making and maintaining the sites. So I have all the technical skills needed to promote the $hi5 out of a product, I just want to know if it would be a waste of time or something I might consider. I realize there are plenty of people who are doing this, but I think about 80% of them are not doing it correctly. I got a buddy who's an artist and can draw some pretty sweet abstracts. He would draw out the designs, and I would go on and get the screens for them. My number one question is, could I for example buy blank t-shirts in bulk and remove the tag in the back of the T and add my own brand? |
| I think it is a great idea... why not purchase in bulk from China wholesalers that will be able to have your own company logo on the tee-shirt and so much cheaper. |
| I think clothing business is also a good choice although there are already a lot of clothing stores out there. The most important thing is to employ effective business marketing strategies so that you can gain a lot of customers to purchase your products. Try to consider the location of your business, the quality and price of the products. I have my own small business in town and it is doing well so far. |
| When you are in formal places or gatherings, it is really important to at least know the proper wears and dresses that one should know first. For men, ties and and tux would be preferable together with blacks shoes would really be an accessible dress to have. I hope women would really love to pair their dresses with great accessories as well. |
| Its good to hear that many are now involving themselves in businesses where the necessities of the humans are involve. Clothing business is one of the field that has great potential in the market today. People are now aware of the things that they wear especially shirts that they usually whats to personalize sometimes. Designing these shirts would be a great deal especially when one wants to explore himself. |
| It depends on your design quality. I live in Tokyo and one Japanese guy made himself a t-shirt and soon found out his friends really liked it and started asking him for their own. He started first with his friends but then it kind of took of and now his brand is very well known. Look up "Bathing Ape" to see what I'm talking about. |
