This is not rocket science ! This theory has been around a lot time.

It's a bit like "count your chickens before they hatch" or "look after the pennies and the pounds look after themselves" that kinda thing.

It's time for some new refreshing thought for small business to embrace.

Small business seems to face crises most especially if the belong to a nation in unstable economy. It is not easy to deal with such kind of a situation but always remember that a businessman would not be successful without experiencing failure on the process. Think positive and keep crises small. Hire people who you think can be of a great help for the success of the company. Thanks.

I agree with this video, at least most of it. I can see why small businesses are so difficult to keep up with as you often have as much work as a large business but fewer people to do it, and less money to work with. Also, the owner of a small business has to be a hundred people in one and tend to every single area of the business well.
