| One member of a 50-50 LLC takes a loan without other I have a 50-50 llc and my partner took out a loan and used all of our equipment as collateral. I just found out about this and was curious if this is even legal as technically half the equipment is mine. We dont even officially own the equipment until March because it is financed in with our monthly lease payments on our building. Does anyone have any info or suggestions where I can look to check this out? Hopefully without a cost. |
