| Answers: Advice on purchasing foreclosures? My husband and I , along with our adult sons, would like to purchase some local foreclosures to resell and/or rent. Can anyone advise me of some credible websites or share some personal knowledge on how to get this venture started? We have substantial capital but aren't very knowledgeable in any other regard, such as capital gains, tax credits, etc... We would like set ourselves up as a small business and eventually be self -employed on a full time basis. Any help pointing us in the right direction will be sincerely appreciated. Thank you. | Considering the economy nowadays, buying a foreclosed home and selling or renting it is a good venture if you have the equity. Here's an article about the Safest Ways to Buy Foreclosures. | I agree with you Chin Chin. Buying a foreclosure could be a good venture to start. But of course there are certain points you need to bear in mind when you decide a foreclosed property. | Foreclosure ideas are quite unfamiliar in my part. I am a teacher and it is important to know other info that can probably make me really knowledgeable in other areas.I am planning to go in America and it is I think important to know the things that will make me comfortable in that area.
