Have you tried making a loan from the bank? Of course that will attract interest. Isn't there any financing group or cooperative where you can loan or borrow the capital you need. In times like this, it is difficult to just trust somebody to partner with in business. There are a lot of scammers out there.

A businessman should be wise enough in dealing with financial matter in the business. Well I think if they use printing press for the business it will also help them in one way or another.

Yes, perhaps you can go to a bank with friendly interest rates and get a loan. You just have to prove your capability to pay for your loan. If you have a good credit standing, there's no reason for them not to lend you money for your printing press, which is a good business. If you can establish a reputation of offering reliable, quality service, you'll have a steady set of clients. Printing is always in demand all year round.

Yes, you can avail loans from various banks. But you should also see to it that you would pay in the right time. Give them a good impression and prove to them that you are capable of availing their loan service.

It's good to have a printing business. If you have the right capital, make sure to use it wisely. Attend seminars and other workshops to know more about how to manage business properly.
